USD 308 Bond Election: What's on the Ballot

The proposed bond issue would fund facility projects across Hutchinson USD 308, including safety and security improvements, roof and HVAC repairs, and food service upgrades. The bond includes projects at every school building in the district.

2024–2028 Strategic Plan

USD 308's district leadership team developed a four-year strategic plan focused on four key goal areas: resources, early childhood learning, student achievement, and culture. As of the start of the 2026–27 school year, the district has increased its graduation rate, improved state assessment results, reduced teacher turnover, raised teacher pay, and opened a new child care center that nearly doubled its early childhood capacity. Each bond and capital outlay project in this presentation is tied to one or more of the plan's goals.
